Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your fixture ships.

Yes, all Seus Lighting products come with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This ensures your home stays bright and beautiful without worry.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive shipping instructions.
Are your lights compatible with dimmer switches?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send out replacement parts or a full replacement fixture at no additional cost to you.
