At Seus Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard lighting fixtures. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Fixture

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
